Did you know quality child care for K-12 year olds is available on multiple GESD campuses? Extended Day provides before and after-school childcare to families for this age range at six of Glendale Elementary School District's seventeen schools. With our programs being located on the school sites, not only is this helpful for parents but, most importantly, it means children can remain at their school and continue to be supervised, after school, in the same caring, safe environment that they are throughout their regular school day. Our before and after school program is affordable, structured, licensed, and open Monday through Friday, including EARLY RELEASE TIME every Wednesday! We open at 6 a.m. before school, and at school dismissal until 6 p.m. DES childcare assistance is accepted.
Registrations are taken at the Extended Day office and at the sites during program hours only. The Extended Day office is located at the District Office:
