Three norms exist in my classroom:  Be prepared and on time!  Respect others' learning and property! and Participate!  The resource department uses a passport system which allows students to accummulate positive points for rewards and at the same time are held accountable to negative behaviors which result in a subtraction of positive points and disciplinary action.  Ms. Jacobs believes that EVERY student can learn!
