Michael T comes to class and gives a huge effort each and every day. He is an inspiration to myself and the other students.

is a super hard worker. He is persistent and does not give up even when tasks get tough. Kevin is friendly and ready lend a hand to his classmates when they need it. Kevin is a great kid!
Intermediate Newsletter
We had benchmark testing this week. Some of us thought they were easy, some of us thought they were hard, but we all think that we are glad they are OVER!
In our student council meetings, we have been making plans for our upcoming kindness week. We are most excited for our primary students, who will be making a kindness tree. Our intermediate classmates will be writing in kindness journals.
Last night, we had a Peter Piper Pizza family night and had a great time. Thank you to everyone who came out to support our school.
Next Thursday, we will be selling Jamba Juice after school, please help support our student council and enjoy an ice cold smoothie.

is also a SOARing student, because she is always willing to work with anyone. She demonstrates responsibility by getting all work done on time. Beth goes the extra mile to explain her thinking strategies in math. Nice Job Beth!!

These three gentlemen have been a treasure trove of animal information during our study of natural selection this unit! All three boys have been happily raising their hands to volunteer information about various animals, increasing their whole classes’ understanding of adaptations. Orlando, Derek, and Javier are exhibiting the traits of lifelong learners and teachers: individuals who are curious and want to gain knowledge and share it with others. We are so proud of their good attitudes and generosity!

Christopher R is my SOARing Eagle because everyday before and after school, Chris comes and says hello while I am out on duty. He sings along in music class when it is not always the popular thing to do and he is polite. Thanks Chris!
