Destruction of Records for School Year 2021/2022

In accordance with federal statute 34 CFR § 300.624, this serves as a public notice that Glendale Elementary School District #40 will be destroying the records of students who left the district or exited services in the 2016/2017 school year. Special Education records are destroyed five (5) years after a student has been withdrawn, transferred, graduated, or exited from special education services at the district. If you are a parent or student who needs a copy of these records for any reason, i.e. Social Security benefits, please contact the Special Education Department at
