• 1st Quarter Awards Assemblies!

Posted by Amy Troutt on 10/9/2019

We have been listening to parent input wanting to be in classrooms more, partnering with teachers to impact student learning!

Our teachers are excited to share that our traditional awards assemblies are changing a bit this year.

Awards assemblies will be held in your child's classroom!  You will get the opportunity to go to his/her classroom for 30 minutes.  Students will continue to receive a signed certificate for the following areas:

    • Perfect Attendance
    • Super Hero Award
    • Super Achiever Award
    • Benchmark Bullseyes
    • Honor Roll
    • Any other awards your child's teacher determines

This exciting change will allow for the same public recognition and invite parents into the classroom environment.  We can't wait!

K-5 Classroom awards assemblies will be held the week of October 21st.  6-8 students will have a different event and that date is being determined.  If your child earned an award, you will receive a personal invite from the classroom teacher to join in on the fun!

  • Gates open at 7:20am!

Posted by Amy Troutt on 9/25/2019

For your child's safety, please make sure that you do not drop him/her off before 7:20.  In addition, remind your children not to walk to school earlier than 7:20.  This is for their safety as we do not have crossing guards or supervision out front if they arrive to school early.  Thank you for your help with this concern!
