OPEN ENROLLMENT 2023 - 2024
The Benefits Portal in Employee Access will be open starting on
Monday, May 1st, 2023 thru 5:00pm Friday, May 12th, 2023.
We will be providing a VIRTUAL open enrollment webinar on Monday, April 24, 2023 at 4:30pm. Registration is required and the link to register is included in the GESD Weekly dated 04/10/23, 04/17/23 & 04/24/23.
Employees are encouraged to attend the presentation. Open Enrollment is mandatory for all benefit eligible employees.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
- If you do not complete Open Enrollment, your insurance benefits will terminate June 30, 2023.
- Employees who do not want the District’s insurance are still required to access the Benefits Portal and waive coverage not wanted. The majority of our benefit offerings are at no cost when selecting employee only coverage.
- Changes made during Open Enrollment are effective July 1, 2023.
